MyProtein Favourites
Here are my top 5 products from MyProtein that I regard as a staple in my daily diet and use them daily.
Impact Whey Isolate – Everyone knows you need protein to grow and with me being a little lactose intolerant I find that this product is perfect for me. It is a little but more expensive than Whey Protein Concentrate, however it has a much higher % of protein (unflavoured).
Instant Oats – This is perfect to add to protein shakes to get a slow digesting low GI carbohydrate source. The powder is very fine and mixes really well in a shaker without leaving any lumps.
BCAA – I take 5g of this pre workout and another 5g post workout, mixed in with my protein shake. Ever since I have been using it I have noticed my body/muscles have become much thicker/harder than usual.
L Glutamine – I take between 10-15g per day, split over 2/3 doses, always mixed in with my protein shakes. I find that it really helps to reduce/eliminate the soreness that you always encounter the following day after a hard weight session at the gym.
Liquid Egg Whites – I absolutely love this product as it is so versatile and has so many uses, as well as being the best form of protein you can get. I currently mix it in with my protein shakes for added protein although in the past I used to add it to my porridge. I just wish MyProtein would bring the price down a little more so I can use even more of it
