I have been ordering from MyProtein for over 6 years now, my first order was back in April/May 2004 when the company first started up. Back then they were a small company, in fact the managing director set up the company with a £500 overdraft and for a good few years he personally answered emails and sent out orders.

This year they are set for sales in excess of £20 million, this alone shows how far the company has come in such a short period of time and the quality of their products.

Back then you could customise protein blends online and order a bespoke item suited for your body/goals. Although if I’m honest my first order was not exactly the best tasting drink I had even drunk. I wish someone back then had told me not to add 10% guarana extract to a protein blend

A few times I have had problems with my orders and every single time the problem has been rectified by the team at MyProtein. There have also been times in the past when orders have taken a little longer to arrive than expected, although this has improved dramatically in the last year, with my last 4 orders all arriving the next day.
